The “FREE SUNDAY” PROJECT at BP stations

Our company is taking part in a nationwide project called “FREE SUNDAY”, which involves remodelling the retail space at BP petrol stations in Poland.

Our task is a complete service: clearing the old racks of goods, dismantling them, then installing the new MAGO fittings, restocking them according to the agreed planogram and cleaning the sales floor. The entire process takes place while the petrol station remains open to customers.

To manage the project efficiently for the process participants and the client, we created a so-called REPOSITORY. This solution makes it possible to check the status of work at a given site online and view all the documentation for each station. Thanks to this carefully maintained documentation, we can respond very quickly to various project changes and client suggestions.

In summary, we are able to adapt our internal processes in a relatively short time to even the most demanding project. Accurately identifying all of the client’s needs and excellent cooperation between our production, logistics and sales divisions enable us to deliver every project effectively and efficiently.
