A HOT JUNE NIGHT OF TECHNOLOGY

On 20–21 June we took part in THE TECH NIGHT, a platform for presenting the latest technological solutions and gaining new business opportunities. The event was attended by a great many companies, mainly from Europe and the USA.

The main attraction of the event was Microsoft’s store of the future – ZOFIA STORE OF THE FUTURE.

Once again, as a Microsoft partner and together with HemiLab, a MAGO Group company, we had the opportunity to present our solutions, including:

THE PPI SMART SHELF

A modern store digitalisation solution that directly increases customer engagement in shopping. At the PPI station, customers can find the product they are looking for; the PPI station also suggests complementary products to the one already chosen and shows where they are located in the store. In addition, a system of coloured shelf lights indicates the locations of the selected products in the store. The PPI shelf effectively influences purchasing decisions, optimises shopping time and minimises staffing costs.

DUAL-FUNCTION CHECKOUT WITH SPINAKERR HEAD

Thanks to the modern SPINAKERR head, a MAGO checkout can serve two functions: a traditional checkout operated by a cashier and a self-service checkout – when the cashier logs out, the head moves into the self-service position. SPINAKERR heads can be installed in most existing MAGO checkouts.

DSM – Digital Store Map

This solution is essential for retail facilities that need up-to-date product information (price, current promotion, location in the store), an ordering system and a system that optimises product placement in the retail space.

DSM software is a graphical representation of the topology of a retail facility, consisting of service and retail space, customer aisles and product display areas. Connected to the IT and retail infrastructure, it stores information on all products in the store database and monitors changes to product prices, names and EAN codes.

Our solutions attracted enormous interest from event participants. We held many interesting conversations and received numerous cooperation proposals from foreign partners.
