New MAGO SA production hall
A masterly 213 days – the new MAGO SA production hall.
Since September 2017, MAGO S.A. has had a brand-new production hall. It is another investment by Poland’s largest manufacturer of racking and fittings for stores and warehouses.
The new production hall was built in record time. In just seven months (213 days), a 5,000 m² facility was constructed. The proverbial “first spade in the ground” took place in February 2017, and by August the hall was ready for operation.
Building the hall is one stage of the company’s development. Expansion into Western European and Russian markets required the company to increase its production space. “In short, we no longer fitted into our existing facilities,” says Andrzej Kutyła, Development Director at MAGO. “We have more and more clients. We needed production space to keep up with growing orders.”
Some stages of construction were impressively short – the paint shop was installed in 4 weeks. The output of the newest line is comparable to MAGO’s 2 largest existing paint shops; its painting capacity is 40% higher. The new paint shop is the most modern facility of its kind in Poland and one of the most modern in Europe. It triples output and guarantees the highest standard of component painting.
The hall will employ around 150 people, for whom 3,000 m² of offices and staff facilities have been provided. Employees have a new canteen, modern changing rooms and sanitary facilities at their disposal.
The investment cost PLN 25,000,000.

The company has been present on the Polish market since 1989. Since 1995 its headquarters have been in Nadarzyn – in addition to offices, it houses a production plant and warehouses. In 2007 it launched a factory in Rawa Mazowiecka and, as the MAGO Group, began operating in France, Germany and Russia. Since 2009 it has had a branch in Moscow and a factory in Kaliningrad. Two years ago (2015), the MAGO Group was joined by modern technology companies – Hemilab, a manufacturer of electronic labels, and Danler, which specialises in modern lighting.
