Pallet racking

HX – The most basic metal racking solution for high-bay pallet storage, brief characteristics below:

• High-bay structures up to 12 m
• Frames made of open profiles 82, 102 or 122 mm wide with front perforation every 50 mm
• Depth range from 600 mm to 1500 mm
• Wedge connection of beams to the frame upright with very high rigidity
• Rectangular beams (based on closed profiles or assembled from two C-sections) 40 or 50 mm wide and step beams (based on closed profiles)
• GS safety mark issued by the German testing institute TÜV Rheinland
• The maximum load of one pallet rack is over 20 tonnes.

The HX system is not only for “high-bay storage” – it is also successfully used as a retail sales tool. Examples include solutions for DIY or Cash&Carry concepts, where a dedicated range of accessories organises and displays individual goods for retail customers. NX – A metal racking system designed for retail concepts (integration with the POLA retail shelving system), although it can also be successfully used as a storage structure for manual loading or loading with forklifts. Depending on the weight of the products, two options have been created:

• NX Mini – a version based on 55×40 profiles for light products (max. rack frame load 7300 kg)
• NX HD (heavy duty) – a version based on 70×80 mm profiles for heavy products (max. load 15300 kg)

Brief characteristics of the NX system:

• Warehouse racking up to 6 m
• Frames made of 70×80 mm (trade name NX HD) and 55×40 mm (trade name NX Mini) closed profiles with double-sided perforation every 50 mm
• Depth range from 600 mm to 1500 mm
• Rectangular beams (based on closed profiles or assembled from two C-sections) 40 or 50 mm wide and step beams (based on closed profiles)
• GS safety mark issued by the German testing institute TÜV Rheinland

NR – A metal racking system for creating storage zones or for retail as building materials or tool racking. The absence of front perforation on the NR system frames (single-sided, internally perforated frame uprights) improves the rack’s visual appeal. Depending on the weight of the stored products, two options have been created:

• MV – a version based on 60×50 closed profiles for storing light products (max. load 7000 kg)
• NR – a version based on 70×70 closed profiles for storing heavy products (max. load 14000 kg)

• Frames based on 70×70 mm and 60×50 mm closed profiles with single-sided (internal) perforation every 50 mm
• Depth range from 600 mm to 1500 mm
• Rectangular beams (based on closed profiles or assembled from two C-sections) 40 or 50 mm wide and step beams (based on closed profiles)
